Due to New Years’ Holidays, reservations between 31 December and 2 January are not accepted. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
The Shinkansen (Hachijo) Exit Cycle Terminal is currently operating on an irregular schedule due to renovation work. We are accepting reservations for October 1 (Thu) – October 31 (Sat), with morning-only pick-ups and returns accepted until 18:00.
Due to renovation work at sequence KYOTO GOJO, Karasuma Gojo Cycle Terminal (located inside sequence KYOTO GOJO) will not be accepting reservations from December 1 to March 19. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
To allow us time to confirm and respond, we accept booking requests via this form up to 2 days in advance.
Reservations by phone are also accepted until 18:00 the day before the rental.
Rentals without a booking are handled on a first-come-first-served basis.
